Hardgainer lesson 1:

Dispelling the hardgainer myths…What does and does NOT build muscle for hardgainers

Discover the 2 primary mistakes virtually every 'fitness guru' promotes that ensure hardgainers will never build the body of their dreams

...and what you must know to avoid them...

Listen up, I was the classic hardgainer for years.  I mean it was so damn frustrating…

No matter how much I ate or how hard I trained I was still as skinny as a rail.  And believe me before I figured out the whole hardgainer enigma I made all the mistakes I'm about to show you.  So I know what I'm talking about from direct experience.

Hardgainer’s #1 mistake: Relentlessly cramming yourself with food

Oh God did I ever make this mistake.  I mean, it makes total sense doesn't it? You want to gain weight so you’ve got the more, right?  Well, for the hardgainer this is only half true.  Here's the shocking secret no one's told you…

How much you eat has nothing to do with
how much muscle you pack on!

Nope, it has nothing to do with it!

Now before you throw me to the lynch mob hear me out…

… Its not what you eat or how much you eat that builds muscle.  It's what your body it is able to break down into teeny, tiny, little amino acids and then reconstruct those amino acids into muscle fiber… that's what build muscle!

And you could eat yourself stupid, yet your body still may not breakdown and absorb that food.

So it's not what you eat it's what you are able to digest, break down into its smallest parts, and then assimilate at the cellular level that packs on rock-hard muscle rapidly.

Now before the you think you've heard all this there is a secrets you haven't heard… a secret that if you knew turns your body into rabid digestive machine…Giving your body what it needs to pack on muscle rapidly.

I’ll cover more about the secret in the next few lessons so stay with me.

And get this, here’s a shocking secret none of the fitness gurus seem to get…

… constantly cramming yourself with food actually
inhibits digestion and anabolism (muscle building)!

Yes, shocking but true… and here's why…

Your body only has so much digestive power.  If you cram more food then your body can digest, well that extra food just sits there waiting for digestion to catch up.  Which causes the food putrefy.  That's why you got bad breath, bad body odor, bad skin, and gas and bloating on those massive calorie diets.

Think of it like this…

Imagine your body as a washing machine.  You put food in it and it starts to go through a cycle to digest that food. Now imagine you keep stuffing clothes in the washing machine.  Eventually it will get overloaded and just burnout.

Well that's what you do when you cram more food then your digestive capacity can handle.  And that's why cramming all that food didn't put on an ounce of muscle.

Here's another shocking secret…

Hardgainers don't really have a problem
with diet or how much they eat!  They have
a problem with too little digestive power...

(No worries, I'm going to show you how to amp your digestive power through the roof… so stay with me.)

So step number one in building massive muscle fast is to eat the reasonable meals in normal proportions.  Do not overwhelm your digestion.  That’s pretty damn important, so please make a not of it.

Hardgainer’s mistake #2:  Eating six or more meals a day hoping to gain muscle by constantly eating…

Yep, I felt for this one to.  Good God, what pain in the gluteus.  You are constantly eating and if you missed a meal, well shit then you lost pounds, you lost muscle, you lost strength.

Here is another shocking secret…

Eating six or more meals a day actually conditioned
your body to constantly need food to keep blood
sugar levels stable and maintain your muscle mass...

It actually shifts your body into a metabolic mode of sugar-burning.  And once conditioned to burn sugar just one slip, just one missed meal, and blood sugar levels crash…

…And your body cannibalizes (eats) its own muscle tissue.  So unless you are constantly eating you lose muscle.

The truth it is the only way you're going to prevent muscle loss and stable blood sugar levels is to make a very specific metabolic shift. (To pull a very specific metabolic lever…)

When you make this shift you could literally eat only once a day (even less) and your blood sugar levels will stay stable. (Not that I'm recommending you eat only once a day, but you won't be constantly having to eat).

Shit, we’re all busy. Sometimes we are lucky to get one meal in a day.  Isn't it nice to know your blood sugar levels will be stable and you won't be losing muscle?

Well then stick with me, and not only would not have to be constantly eating but she'll enjoy constant energy levels…

… no more high as in crashes…

… no more muscle loss…

So repeat after me…

“I will not cram myself with food to gain weight!”

“I will not constantly be eating six or more meals a day to gain weight!”

“I will work with my body to transform it into a super-digesting, muscle-building machine.”

How are you going to do this?  Stick with me you'll see…

The first step in how to do that…

We must stop the bloody cannibalistic massacre of your muscle tissue.

We must stop your body from eating its own muscle!

How do you do this? How does a hardgainer gain weight?  Well, really it’s quite simply if you know the secret.  Next lesson we’ll cover…
